Beef With Bow Tie Pasta

Ingredients
1 1/2 pounds beef boneless sirloin steak3 cups 2-inch pieces asparagus (about 1 pound)1 cup chopped onion1 1/2 cup beef broth4 cups cooked farfalle (Bow-Tie) pasta1 8 oz. can tomato sauce3 tablespoons chopped fresh or 1 tablespoon dried basil leaves3 tablespoons chopped sun-dried tomatoes (not oil packed)1/4 teaspoon pepper2 tablespoons freshly grated Parmesan cheese
Directions
Spray 12-inch skillet with nonstick cooking spray. Heat skillet over medium heat until hot.
Sweat onions until translucent. Add 1/2 cup of beef broth, stirring occasionally, until liquid has evaporated.
Add beef to skillet; cook, stirring frequently, about 2 minutes or until beef is no longer pink.
Add asparagus, 1 cup beef broth, Bow-Tie Pasta, tomato sauce, basil, sun-dried tomatoes, and pepper to skillet, cook over medium-high heat until mixture is hot (about 2 minutes).
Serve sprinkled with cheese.
