Ingredients
1/2 medium banana1/2 tbsp of honeydash of cinnamon1/4 cup of frozen yogurt
Directions
The recipe with 1/2 banana makes an individual serving. I use 1 banana to make dessert for me and my sweetie.

Put 1/2 banana into a bowl and pour honey on top. Sprinkle the cinnamon and cook the banana+honey+cinnamon in the microwave for about 1 minute or until soft (if you are doing 2 servings, you will need about 1 minute and 1/2).

The water from the banana will make a watery syrup with the honey. Add the frozen yogurt on top of the warm banana+syrup and enjoy.

This is delicious comfort food, for just 150 calories. And it takes less than 3 minutes - including prep work, cooking, and serving.

I was skeptical about how good this would be because of how simple the recipe is, but all the ratings had me curious... and it really is as good as everyone is saying!!! I could not believe how delicious this turned out! I used chocolate ice cream since I didn't have any frozen yogurt. So good. - 1/31/09

AMAZING!!! This is so simple and SO good!! I put a handful of crushed walnuts and a few mini chips on top to make it taste like chunky monkey from ben and jerrys!!! - 2/3/09

Delicious for something so simple and low in calories. This has become my go-to snack whenever I'm craving dessert. Thanks for posting it.

For others: I've noticed it's important to make sure the bananas are fully ripe. I also like adding just a few chopped peanuts for some crunch and flavour. - 11/23/09

Awesome! Next time I wanna try it with dash of brandy instead of cinnamon.

It's next time: Did try with brandy (1 tsp) & reduced honey ( 1/2 tsp) per serving (& regular ice cream (25g) instead of frozen yogurt) came out 155 cal...not bad. - 12/4/10

Amazing! I've never had it with fro yo, but on it's own it works wonders when you're sick! It soothed my sore throat and opened up my sinuses! I also have used light and fit vanilla yogurt and that tastes good too! - 8/31/11

The timing depends on the strength of your microwave and the mushy comes from a too ripe or overcooked banana. I love stuff like this! - 10/8/09

MMMM, delicious..I could not find frozen yoghurt, so just froze my own, (i think freezing the little fromage fraise, pot's would be a good idea, nice size portion every time..) - 4/22/09

i can't believe how good this is. i was skeptical and so was my boyfriend so we shared a bowl..not a good idea...had to make another one. I think i used more cinnamon and a low fat vanilla frozen yogurt was amazing..i'm usually an ice cream girl but will convert now. Yum! - 4/1/09

This is absolutely phenomenal! It's honestly easier to make than P, B, & J, and a heck of a lot easier than even awful for you boxed deserts. It tastes better, too! Thank you SO much for sharing, this will become a staple in my house. W-O-W!!! - 2/3/09
