Black Bean and Chorizo Chili

Ingredients
1 7 oz can of chipotle chiles1/3 tbs of olive oil2 cups of chopped onion3 cups of bell pepper5 cloves of garlic minced7 oz of chorizo sausage diced1 1/2 tbs chili powder1 tbs ground cumin1 1/2 teas dried oregenolime juice (1 lime)3 15 oz cans of black beans drained3 14 oz cans of diced tomatoes not draineddash of salt
Directions
Remove 2 chiles from can, finely chop
Coat large Dutch Oven with olive oil, heat to med.
Add chiles, onions, bell peppers, garlic, and chorizo.
Saute 5 minutes.
Add the rest of the ingredients.
Simmer on low til hot.
