Carnival Squash with Rice Pilaf

Ingredients
1 Carnival Squash2 stalks celery, chopped1/3 cup chopped red onion1 Tbsp chopped garlic1/2 cup cooked white rice (NO SALT ADDED)1/2 cup cooked wild rice (NO SALT ADDED)
Directions
Half and 'gut' squash, place in baking pan with about 1" water. Bake in 400* oven for about 40 minutes.
Heat pan with a spray of non-stick spray. Saute celery and onion for about 1 minute. Add garlic, saute until veggies loose their gloss. Stir in rices. Spoon into each squash half.
