lemon Green Beans risotto

Ingredients
1 cupgreen beans cut into 2 inch pieces2 cups minute rice2 cups chicken brothcooking spray1 small onion chopped2 tblsp fat free cream cheesejuice of 1/2 lemon (add additional to taste)salt and pepper to taste
Directions
heat saute pan spray with cooking spray add onion cook for 2-3 minutes add green beans cook additional 2 minutes add in rice and broth bring to boil reduce heat and cook low for 5 minutes stirring occasionally test to see if rice cooked and liquid absorbed stir in cream cheese and lemon juice taste season with salt and pepper to taste

if need can add additional lemon juice to taste
