Parmesan Tilapia

Ingredients
4 Tilapia Filets2 tbsp Olive Oil.5 cup of Parmesan Cheese, GratedItalian Seasoning
Directions
Make a dish of egg. A plate with Parmesan Cheese Grated and Italian Seasoning.
Pour Olive Oil into frying pan and heat.
Wash fish and dip into egg first. Then into Parmesan/Italian Seasoning.
Place fish into frying pan with olive oil. Fry until done and crispy.
This makes 4 servings of 4.5oz per fish.
