Tiffin Box Salad

Ingredients
Canola Oil, 1 tbspMustard seed, yellow, 1 tsp Cumin seeds, 1 tsp Walnuts, 2TbspBeans, french, 1 cup Scallions, raw, .5 cup, choppedCarrots, raw, 1.5 cup, chopped Iceberg Lettuce , 2 cup, chopped Tahini, 1 tbspRed Ripe Tomatoes, 1/2 cup ChoppedLemon Juice
Directions
Add oil to a pan. When hot toss cumin and mustard seeds and let them crackle.
Toss onions and cook for a minute.
Add beans and toss for another minute. Add sesame paste now, and mix well(as it tends to stick.)
Turn off the stove, and let it cool. add carrots, lettuce and tomatoes.
Add lemon juice .
