1 pound ground meat1/2 cup chopped each:celeryonionbell pepper1 cup cubed butternut squash1 Tablespoon garlic choppedbay leafsalt and pepper to tastepinch of dill1 cup sweet yeoow canned corn1 /2 fresh snap green beans16 oz can diced tomatoes2 cups water1 bay leaf
Brown meat with onions and bellpepper, drain and add garlic, wine, celery till tender and wine cooks off.
Add tomatoes, rest of vegetables, water and spices.
Let simmer till squash and green beans are tender.
