Ingredients
14 oz smoked turkey sausage1 medium onion sliced1/2 medium green pepper cut into strips1/2 cup sliced mushrooms1/2 tsp olive oil
Directions
1. prepare vegetables
2. in a heavy skillet, heat 1/2 tsp oil, add vegetables.
Cook until they start to soften.
3. Add sausage cut into 1" sections.
4. Heat through.
