turkey itialian sausageshrimp (raw)red onionbell peppermushrooms (sliced or whole)summer squashzucchiniseasonings (salt, pepper, garlic, thyme, basil)
Chop onions and bell peppers into large pieces. Heat in large skillet with turkey sausage and mushrooms untill sausage is done. Add squash, zucchini , and shrimp. Season to taste and cook on med low heat until shrimp is cooked, approx 5-10 min. May serve over rice for an additional 200 cal/cup of rice
