Chicken Green Bean Casserole

Ingredients
1 tbsp olive oil1 med. onion3 cups cooked chicken2 14 oz cans green beans1 jar pimentos (4 oz)1 can 98% fat free cream of celery soup3/4 cup low fat mayonnaise3 cups brown rice (cooked)3/4 cup sharp cheddar cheese1 cup French's Onions Rings
Directions
Heat oil in a small skillet over medium heat. Add onion and saute until translucent, about 5 minutes. Remove from heat and transfer to a large bowl.

Add all remaining ingredients to bowl and mix together until thoroughly combined.

Pour into greased 3-quart casserole dish. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until bubbly. Let stand for a few minutes before serving.
