-8 100 gram portions of boneless, skinless chicken breast.-a bunch of basil (one package)-3 cloves of garlic-11 oz, of grape tomatoes (or 11 oz of fresh diced tomatoes)
pre-heat the oven to 375. Slice the chicken breasts so that they form a pocket. mix the other sliced and diced ingredients to a bowl, mix em' up and let it sit for at least 5 min. stuff each of your chicken pockets with the mixture and place in a cassarole dish. add a shallow amount of waterto the bottom of the cassarole dish. bake until done... approx. 45 min. Enjoy. season with salt and pepper if you wish
