Sharon's Rice

Ingredients
1 Can Black Beans1 Can Pinto Beans1 Can Chick Peas1 Can Light Kidney Beans1 Can Dark Kidney Beans1 large can crushed Tomato1 can Whole corn2 small cans mushrooms sliced1 jar Salsa1 Box Rice A Roni any flavorCooking Spray Oil
Directions
In a large Dutch Oven spray the bottom with PAM or your brand of cooking spray. Add Rice A Roni and brown.

Once brown add any chopped vegetables if you wish.

Add crushed tomato and salsa and 1 can of water

Add drained and rinsed Beans, Corn and Mushrooms.

Stir and cover and let simmer for at least 60 minutes, the longer the better or make the day before.

This is great for large gatherings or sharing. When I make this I portion it out into 1 or 2 cup containters for quick and easy very healthy eating for the week.

This can be served as a side or a main dish.
