1 box Betty Crocker Super Moist Lemon Cake Mix1 Egg plus 2 Egg whites12 oz Sierra Mist Free12 oz container Cool Whip Free, thawedJuice of 1lemonYellow food coloring
Use mixer at low speed to mix together cake mix, soda and eggs; increase speed to medium for 3 mins. Scrape sides of bowl.
Bake in prepared 9 X 13 pan 29-35 mins.
Cool completely.
Combine lemon juice, cool whip and food coloring.
Spread over cooled cake; add sprinkles or decorations.
Serve with fresh or thawed from frozen berries. (add calories for berries).
Refrigerate to store.
