Venison Chili

Ingredients
2 large cans tomato sauce1 large can diced tomato1 green bell pepper chopped2 small yellow onions chopped2 cups water1 packet Original Texas Brand Chili Mix1 packet cayenne pepper included (optional)2 pounds ground venison
Directions
Add canned ingreidents to crockpot
Stir in chili mix and cayenne pepper
Add water
Saute onions and pepper in pan with cooking spray-add to crockpot
Brown venison-add to crockpot
Cover and cook on low for 4 hours or on high for two hours

Freezes well
***I do not typically use the mesa flour to thicken but nutritional info accounts for it.
Makes appx 15 cups, serving size appx 1.5 cups
