low temp or micro with all ingriedients
whisk till smooth! thats it and tastes great!!

    I'm gonna try this tonight but with looking at it - the 1 pkg light cream cheese must be the 4 oz size since the 8z size has 8 servings of 70 cals each. I just wanted to clarify. Looking forward to trying it. - 12/16/08
