Carrot Apple Salad

Ingredients
10 baby carrots1 medium apple1/3 c pineapple, tidbits or crushed1/2 oz raisins - miniature box4 T light cream cheese2 T light sour cream1 T lemon juice2 T honey
Directions
Chop carrots and apple in food processor. In a bowl, whip together softened cream cheese, sour cream, lemon juice and honey, Add apple/carrot mixture, pineapple and raisins. Makes 2 servings.
