Lobster Tail with Zesty Garlic Butter

Ingredients
5 Lobster Tails1 tsp finely shredded Orange Peel1/2 tsp cayenne or red pepper1 clove fresh garlic, minced1/4 cup I can't believe it's not butter light spread
Directions
Preheat broiler. Butterfly the lobster tails by cutting through the hard top and meat of the tail. Spread the halves and place on broiler rack with the meat facing up

Heat butter with garlic, orange peel, and cayenne pepper. Brush over the lobster tails.

Broil 4 inches from heat about 15 mins or until meat is opaque. Serve using additional butter for dipping the meat.
