Ingredients
1kg mixed frozen vegetables500g meat (I use kangaroo, either minced or diced)1 cup rice (I use brown rice)2 tins (410g) Kidney beans (or beans of your choice)2 tins (410g) crushed or diced tomatoes
Directions
Put all ingredients in the crockpot and cook until you want to serve it. May need to add some water.
Makes about 8 serves.
