Bariatric Choco-Pear Granola Breakfast Dessert

Ingredients
1 pear, medium (approx 2-1/2 per lb) 1 Tablespoon DAVINCI® Chocolate Syrup, Sugar Free and Fat Free,1 oz. KASHI® Cocoa Beach, granola cereal1 Tablespoon HODGSON MILL® Milled Flax Seed2 Tablespoons REDDI WIP® Fat Free, Dairy Whipped Topping, pressurized, refrigerated
Directions
1. Peel and core pear. Slice into bite-sized chunks. Place into on 8 inch microwaveable glass dish or ceramic ramekin. Cover and microwave for 2 minutes.
2. Add chocolate syrup, cereal and flax. Cover and microwave for 30 seconds.
3. Remove from microwave and top with whipped topping.

Serve warm. Makes 1 serving.
