Bariatric Lynn's Creamy Caramel Pear w/Cocoa Granola Breakfast

Ingredients
I small Bartlett Pear (approx 3 per lb)1 Tablespoon DAVINCI® Caramel Syrup, Sugar Free and Fat Free1/4 cup YODER'S Light Ricotta Cheese1/2 ounce KASHI® Cocoa Beach, granola cereal
Directions
1. Peel pear, slice in half. Remove core with a melon baller. Remove blossom end and stem. Cut out stringy part between the stem and the core. Cut into bite-sized chunks.
2. Put pear in an 8 ounce Pyrex bowl, ceramic ramekin or other microwaveable dish that has been lightly sprayed with Butter Flavored cooking spray. Cover with waxed paper and microwave on high for 2 minutes. Let sit in microwave for 2-5 minutes.
3. Remove pear from microwave and top with caramel, ricotta cheese and cereal.
4. Cover and return to microwave for 1 minute more. Stir and enjoy while warm.
