Chicken Breast w/ Cream of Chicken Gravy

Ingredients
1 lb chicken breast cut up or whole2 tbsp butter (calculated with butter, not marg)1 can cream of chicken1 cup 2% milk3 tbsp chopped garlic (to taste, optional)
Directions
cook chicken, whole breast or cut up, in butter and with garlic, till chicken is done. (Oil would greatly reduce fat, but we love the taste of chicken in butter). Also, cooking with cut up chicken provides more surface area for flavor to stick to and also makes meal time easier without having to cut up for the little ones :)

*add desired seasonings. I did not include that in the recipe. just threw stuff in :)

Add soup and stir in milk until well blended. Cook till heated through and thickened a little.

Serve over rice or pasta.
