Ingredients
Low Fat Turkey Sausage2 Onions1 Red Pepper1 Yellow Pepper2 Cups of Mushrooms5 Cups Cooked Whole Wheat Pasta1 can of olives (opt.)19 oz. Can of Diced Tomatoes (Partialy Drained)2 Cups of Pasta SauceSalt & Pepper and Italian Spice Mix.
Directions
Makes about 10, 2 Cup Servings. Cook pasta according to package directions. Saute meat, add onions, peppers, mushrooms, olives, and tomatoes. Cook for a couple minutes. (about till heated through) then add pasta sauce and spices. Cook for another couple minutes. Add Cooked pasta, toss together and serve.
