1 pound small potatoes, such as fingerling, peeled or scrubbed1 tbsp olie oil1 tsp dried rosemary Salt and pepper
Cook potatoes in a pot of boiling salted water until just cooked through. Drain. Add oil and rosemary; cook, stirring frequently, over medium-high heat, until potatoes begin to brown slightly. Season with salt and pepper.
