CInnamon Apple Raisin Muffins

Ingredients
Flour, white, 1.5 cup Wheat germ, crude, .5 cup Baking Powder, 1 tsp Baking Soda, 1 tsp Egg, fresh, 1 large Applesauce, unsweetened, 1 cup Raisins, .5 cup (not packed) Brown Sugar, .5 cup, unpacked Crisco Pure Vegetable Oil, 4 tbsp Salt, .5 tsp (remove)Water, tap, .5 cup Cinnamon, ground, 2 tsp
Directions
Blend dry ingredients. Gently beat egg and add wet ingredients, stirring only until moistened. Gently spray baking pan and bake at 350 for 25 minutes. Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar or decorate with further raisins if desired (not included in calorie information)
