Chilean Tuna Salad (Ensalada de Atún)

Ingredients
* 2 cans of tuna with oil * 2 large Onions chopped finely raw * Cilantro, raw, finely chopped 6 tbsp or more *Lemon Juice, 1 lemon yields * Salt, 1 tsp * Pepper, black, to taste
Directions
1.- After chop the onions, let them rest covered in water with a handful of salf and sugar for soften their sharp taste.

2.- Drain the onions and wash them off.

3.- Mix all the ingredients and enjoy

A cool variation is add spices like ginger, garlic, or add a couple of bell peppers chopped finely, but this is the recipe stripped to its bare bones.
