Shrimp Pilaf

Ingredients
1 pound cleaned, raw shrimp1 stick margarine1 can beef broth1 can tomato soup1 can cream of mushroom soup1 cup chopped onions1/2 cup chopped celery1/2 cup chopped bell pepper2 cup raw brown riceSeason to taste
Directions
Melt margarine in 9x13 dish then add all ingredients and mix well adding seasoning to taste. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees or until rice is cooked and liquid absorbed.

Serve with salad and ENJOY!!
