Tuna Tomato Sandwich

Ingredients
2 medium thick slices of tomato2 oz tuna in water1/2 tbsp light mayo1 teaspoon mustard
Directions
Mix tuna, mayo, and mustard in a small bowl. Spoon mixture onto sliced tomato and top with the other sliced tomato. Either grill with goerge forman, on your outdoor grill, or spray pan with non stick cooking spray and grill on the stove top.
Makes one sandwich.
