I made this tonight for dinner, and mixed in about 1/3 cup white rice. SO yummy - 10/5/09

This is a great basic recipe for sautéed spinach. One cannot go wrong for just following the recipe, but it is great to be able to take this recipe and create your own. I used both more spinach and mushrooms, totally disregarded the Lea and Perrins, and instead added garlic powder and Italian seas - 3/8/14

Exactly what I was wanting! Play around with the amount of veggies, I love mushrooms! No salt or seasonings required, perfect on it's own. Thank you! - 3/19/13

Doubled the recipe and added a tablespoon of chopped garlic. Next time I'll make more than double because it wasn't enough for my family of four. - 1/15/11
