Ingredients
pasta 12 oz30 oz tomato saucepound ground turkeypound ground turkey italian sausage1 cup mozz cheese grated1/4 cup ricotta cheese1/2 fresh eggplant sliced into 8 thick piecesbread crumbs 1 t italian seasoning1 egg1 t canola oil1/2 clove minced garlic
Directions
cook pasta as directed
cook ground turkey and sausage with garlic
mix and set aside
mix egg and canola oil
set aside
mix i cup bread crumbs with italian seasoning
dip eggplant into egg mixture then bread crumbs
place on cookie sheet
bake eggplant for 20 min 325
mix ricotta cheese and tomato sauce
layer ingredients in a large lasagna pan
pasta, sauce mixture, meat, eggplant repeat
sprinkle with mozz cheese on top
bake for 20 min 325
