Pumpkin Bread

Ingredients
1 3/4 c. Flour3/4 tsp. salt1/2 tsp. nutmeg2 tsp. cinnamon1/3 c. water1 c. cooked/mashed pumpkin1 tsp. baking soda2 eggs1 1/2 c. sugar1/2 c. olive oil
Directions
Preheat oven to 325 F. Mix all ingredients in a large mixing bowl and mix until well blended. Grease or use baking spray in a bread pan. Pour mixture into pan and bake for 1 to 1 1/2 hour(s).
