Shrimp Lo Mein Stir Fry

8 oz pasta1.5 cup broccoli florets1 Onion sliced1T oil1 Cup Fresh mushrooms sliced 1/216 oz med. shrimp (ready to cook)2 T soy sauce1/3 Cup Water2T Ground Ginger
Boil pasta as directed.
Stir fry vegetables in oil about 3 minutes, add 2T water after first minute and cook until broccoli is desired tenderness. Mix soy sauce, water, and ginger in bowl, set to the side. Cook shrimp until pink. Add vegetables back to pan, add soy sauce mixture and pasta. Mix until coated well with sauce and serve! Yummy! 1.5 Cup servings
