Baked Artichoke Dip

1 can (15 ounces) artichocke hearts, rinsed, drained1/2 package (8 ounces) fat free cream cheese, softened1/2 cup grated fat free parmesean cheese1/2 cup fat free mayonnaise1/2 cup fat free sour cream1-2 teaspoons of lemon juice1 green onion and top thinly sliced2 teaspoons minced garlic2-3 drops red pepper saucesalt and cayenne pepper to tasteAssorted veggies , bread sticks or crackers as dippers
1. Process artichoke hearts, cream cheese, parmesan cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream and lemon juice in food processor until smooth. Stir in onion , garlic, and red pepper sauce. Season to taste with salt and cayenne pepper.
2. Spoon dip into small casserole or baking dish. Bake , uncovered at 350 untill hot through and lightly browned on top 20 to 25 minutes. Serve warm with assorted veggied , bread sticks or crackers
