Chocolate merengue cookies

Ingredients
4 egg whites, room temperaturedash of salt2 cups sugar (may use Splenda)1 cup cocoa powderBeat egg whites in a medium mixing bowl until foamy, add salt. Gradually add sugar, 2 tablespoons at a time, beating until stiff peaks form. Fold in cocoa 2 teaspoons at a time.Drop mixture by heaping teaspoons 2 inches apart onto waxed paper lined cookie sheets.Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Remove from wax paper and cool on wire racks.
