stuffed tomato

Ingredients
4 Small tomato, cut top to bottom, scooped out1 package TUNA 1 TBLS low fat ricotta 1 TBLS 1% cottage cheese4 small (1 inch) slices low fat cheddar cheese
Directions
Mix: Tuna, cottage cheese and ricotta. Fill hollow tomato halves with mixture. Top with slice slice cheese. Place in a shallow baking dish. Bake 350* for 5-10 minutes. Until cheese melts.

I make them in the toaster oven.

Great with a salad for lunch!
