Chicken Caesar Salad Rollups

Ingredients
Chicken Breast, grilled and sliced thinRed Onion, sliced thinSweet Red Bell Pepper, sliced thinRed Leaf lettuceFlour tortillaCaesar Dressing (Newman's Own is my favorite)
Directions
Toss sliced chicken with onions and bell peppers, and approx. 1TBS of dressing per serving. Lay a lettuce leaf on a tortilla, place about 1/3 cup of filling on lettuce and roll up.
