-1 16 oz bag pretzel twists or rods-1 c dry-roasted, unsalted peanuts-1 12 oz container of sesame sticks-12 oz of puffed corn (like Cornnuts)-5 c rice chex-2 tbsp canola oil-2 tbsp chili powder-1 tbsp paprika-1 tbsp cumin-1 tsp cayenne powder-pepper to taste
-preheat oven to 300 deg
-in a LARGE bowl, mix pretzels, nuts, corn, chex, and sesame sticks.
-toss oil over mixed snacks (do a little at a time so you don't use the full amount)
-in small bowl, mix spices. Sprinkle over mix in batches, stopping a few times to stir as you go.
-pour into baking dish (or dishes) and bake for 10-15 min.
-yum!
