WW Mashed potatoes

Ingredients
3 pounds Yukon gold potatoes, quartered1/3 cup fat-free milk 1 teaspoon salt2/3 cup no fat cream cheese1 T dried chives1/2 tsp. onion powder
Directions
Place potatoes in a Dutch oven, and cover with water; bring to a boil. Reduce heat, and simmer for 10 minutes or until tender. Drain. Return potatoes to pan and rice.
Add the milk , chives, onion powder and salt. Combine todesired consistency. Add the cheese, and stir just until blended

Serves 10 2/3 cup portions
