pumpkin-protein bake

Ingredients
1 +1/2 c. pumpkin home cooked, or one 15 oz. canned6 egg whites1c.1%milk1/4 tsp pumpkin pie spice3/4 c. splenda1 tsp cinnamon
Directions
bake at 350* for 30 to 40 min. 4 servings

Mix all ingredients with mixer, or blender or food processer. The more you blend the smoother the end result. Pour into a loaf pan, sprayed with pam.

Allow to cool slightly before spooning into serving dishes.
