Black Bean Burrito

4 Morningstar Spicy Black Bean Burgers2 C Hot Water2 C Instant Brown Rice2 tsp Vegetable Bouillon, Sodium Free1 C Kraft finely shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese8 Tbsp Salsa8 Tbsp Fat Free Sour Cream8 Whole Wheat tortillas, 8 inch
Cook burgers according to package instructions. Baking method is recommended.
In seperate bowl, mix water and bouillon, add rice and stir. Microwave on high according to time on package.
Cut burgers in half and mash with back of fork. Place half of each burger onto one tortilla. Top each with half cup of the cooked rice, 1/8 Cup cheese, and a Tablespoon of both the salsa and sour cream.
Fold two ends and roll the sides up for your burrito.
*Tip, if you're having trouble getting your tortillas to roll up without breaking. Layer them on a plate with a wet paper towel in between each, making sure to cover each of them all the way around. Microwave on high for about 45 seconds.
