Uncle Scott's Low-Fat, No-Salt Holiday Dressing

Ingredients
3 cups crumbled No-Salt Cornbread (see Sparkpeople recipe)3-4 cups crumbled Ezekiel Sprouted Grain bread (no salt)2 large onions, finely chopped1 stalk celery, finely chopped1 quart no-fat, no-salt chicken broth3 eggs1/2 tsp sage1 tsp pepper
Directions
Saute onion & celery in non-stick pan til limp. Stir in bread & spices. Mix egg & broth separately; add to mix; stir until moistened. Turn into baking dish that has been sprayed with Pam and bake until browned. 35 minutes @ 350 degrees. Can also be stuffed into turkey.
