Egg Whites over Couscous

Ingredients
5 Egg white (room temperature)1/4 c Green bell Peppers, chopped1/2 c Couscous2 TB Salsa
Directions
Saute peppers in cooking spray, 3-5 minutes. Pour egg whites over peppers and fry until done to likeness. Place over couscous.

Optional: season with salt and pepper

Top with Salsa
