Ingredients
2 Medium bananas, chopped in to half inch slices and frozen on some non stick paper for easy removal.Up to 1c evaporated milk, chilled overnight in the fridge.
Directions
Put frozen chunks in the food processor and turn on. Drizzle in the chilled milk until it has chunked up quite a bit. Turn off the machine and scrape the sides to get the large pieces down and turn on again. Drizzle in milk until it is smooth like soft serve icecream. Serve.
This freezes, but goes very hard again if you freeze it. It is best made upon serving. Serve quickly, this melts fast! It also works with other berries but I find it not quite as creamy or sweet because it lacks the creamy sweet banana. You could also substitute milk if you wanted a more decadent option for guests. This works well with berries especially. Ensure it is chilled.

I tried this with frozen tropical fruit (Mango/papaya and pineapple) the taste of the evaporated milk was a little overpowering so I added a bit of honey to sweeten - 3/9/09
