4 cups nonfat milksmart balance non-stick spray.25 cup hormel premium real crumbled bacon11.5 oz tilapia (cubed while frozen)7.5 oz cut up cooked shrimp without tails1 cup fresh or frozen corn154 g celery562 g cut up raw potatoes with skin on1 small diced onion.5 tsp lawry seasoning salt
saute celery and onion in cooking spray. When brownish add milk, stir and then add remaining ingredients. Simmer covered approximately 30 min.
