1/2 lbs Ground beef, extra lean1 small Onion chopped8 oz can Tomato Sauce1 T Flour1/2 c Water1 c Macaroni1 c 2% Shredded Cheddar Cheese
Brown meat and onion together. Drain. Whisk together tomato sauce, flour, and water. Add to meat; cover and simmer for 13 min. Meanwhile, boil macaroni. Drain and combine with meat mixture. Turn into casserole dish. Sprinkle with cheese and bake 15 min @400.
