40g old fashioned oats (5 tablespoons)2/3 cup water1.5 tablespoon milk1 packed teaspoon brown sugar1/8 teaspoon salt
1. Measure 40g of oats, pour into a microwave safe bowl.
2. Add the water.
3. Add the salt.
4. Cook for one minute.
5. Stir.
6. Pour in the milk
7. Sprinkle on the brown sugar.
8. Savor.
Eat it with 2 slices of fat swabbed, pre-cooked bacon for a decadent *I can't believe I'm dieting* meal.

I made it yesterday and forgot the salt, and noticed a difference. I like it with the salt, its that missing something... :)
