Ingredients
Approx. 7 cups diced turkey meat1-32oz. package of frozen mixed vegetables1-1lb package of enriched egg noodlesApprox. 8 cups leftover turkey gravyApprox. 2 cups leftover stuffing
Directions
Place the turkey into a stock pot, with the gravy and vegetables. Place pot over medium-high heat until it comes up to a boil. Add the noodles and cook for about 8 minutes. Stir in leftover stuffing. Allow to sit for about 10 minutes before serving. Makes about 24 servings.
