Daddy's Pumpkin Bread

Ingredients
3 1/2 cup flour3 cup sugar2 tsp baking soda1 tsp salt2 cup canned pumpkin1 cup veggie or canola oil2/3 cup water4 eggs3 tsp cinnamon3 tsp ground nutmeg1 1/2 tsp ground ginger
Directions
Mix all ingredients in bowl. Pour equally into 8 small loaf pans. Bake at 350 for about 40-45 minutes or it passes the "toothpick test". Slice each loaf into 5 equal slices.
