5 eggs2 ½ c frozen shredded has browns1 c shredded Monterey Jack cheese½ c. shredded sharp cheddar cheese2/3 c. picante sauce2 green onions, sliced¼ t salt6 bacon strips, cooked and crumbled
In a bowl, beat eggs. Stir in hash browns, cheese, picante sauce, onions and salt. Pour into greased 9” pie plate. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Remove from refrigerator 30 minutes before baking. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 min. sprinkle with bacon; bake 5-10 minutes longer.
