1/4 C Orange Juice1/4 C Soy Sauce2 TBSP Olive Oil1 TBSP Lemon Juice2 TBSP Fresh Parsley1 Clove Garlic (minced)1/2 TSP Chopped Fresh Oregano1/2 TSP Ground Black Pepper4 (3 OZ) tuna steaks
1. In a large non-reactive dish, mix together the orange juice, soy sauce, olive oil, lemon juice, parsley, garlic, oregano, and pepper. Place the tuna steaks in the marinade and turn to coat. Cover, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
2. Preheat grill for high heat
3. Lightly oil grill grate. Cook the tuna steaks for 5 to 6 minutes, then turn and baste wih the marinade. Cook for an additional 5 minutes, or to desired doneness. Discard any remaining marinade!

Made 6 servings in this marinade. My husband and son both loved it!! They said we could have that again any time! Resounding love from the duo that usually say "it was OK." I agree, I did use dried parsley instead of fresh and used thyme from the garden instead of oregano. Yum-o!! - 9/27/11

I did this recipe as is except no parsley because I didn't have any and the oregano came from the spice rack. Oh and I probably only marinaded for 10-15 minutes. It was delicious!! I can't wait to make it again! If tuna steaks weren't so expensive I'd have it a couple times a week! - 1/13/11
